Tekashi 6ix9ine Dummy Boy Release Date re:vale

Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently without a manager, booking agent, or publicist, but he’s still is moving forward with plans to release a new album this coming Friday, November 23rd.

He’s now revealed the album’s titled — Dummy Boy — along with its 13-song tracklist. Kanye West and Nicki Minaj both appear on two tracks, including one together (“Mama”). Minaj is also featured on the album’s hit lead single, “Fefe”. Other guest contributors include Gunna, Lil Baby, and Bobby Shmurda. See the full tracklist below.

Dummy Boy marks 6ix9ine’s debut studio album and follows the release of his Day69mixtape, which was released back in February.

It stands to reason that 6ix9ine's November campaign is bittersweet. The rainbow-haired rapper is set to drop off his new DUMMY BOY album this Friday, and has recently revealed the tracklist to his star-studded Day 69 followup. Unfortunately, it feels like somewhat of a Pyrrhic victory, as the rapper is in the midst of being hauled in by the feds on racketeering charges. Considering the severity of these crimes, it's entirely possible that Tekashi finds luck running out, right when the streaming royalties start to roll in.

Though it's a sad day for 6ix9ine fans, there is some good news. DUMMY BOY certainly looks promising, and 6ix9ine proves that he can indeed play nicely with others. He managed to secure features from Bobby Shmurda, Nicki Minaj, Murda Beatz, Lil Baby, Tory Lanez, Kanye West, A Boogie, Anuel AA, Gunna, DJ Spin King, and Trife Drew. Previously released singles "STOOPID," "FEFE," and "TATI" are included, which will no doubt bolster the inevitably stacked streaming numbers. Expect this one to go platinum in the imminent future.

On that note, we're still waiting to receive word on 6ix9ine's ultimate fate. As stated earlier, the rapper was recently arrested, along with his former manager Shottie and former crew member Faheem Walter. Apparently, charges of racketeering and firearms are being doled out. Those of a more conspiratorial persuasion may feel the whole thing seems to be arising at a convenient time, though RICO is no laughing matter. Either way, DUMMY BOY is upon us this Friday.

6ix9ine has been gassing up his fans about his debut project Dummy Boy for some time now. Although he dumped his entire team and experienced some minor bumps on his road to rap stardom, the controversial Brooklyn rapper's latest drop, Dummy Boy, is now four days away from hitting the internet. Last night (Nov. 19), the Day69 rapper hit up Instagram to reveal the full tracklist for the project.

The 13-track project features his long-rumored collaboration with Kanye West and Nicki Minaj called "Mama" as well as other joint efforts with artists like Gunna, Lil Baby, Tory Lanez, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, DJ Spin King and Trife Drew. Dummy Boy will also contain previously released singles like the Murda Beatz produced "Fefe," "STOOPID" featuring Bobby Shmurda, and "Bebe" with Anuel AA.
No matter how you feel about 6ix9ine, this one seems destined for an ugly conclusion.

The trial of Daniel Hernadez has begun. Not in the literal sense - at least, not yet - but it certainly feels like a pivotal moment in the young rapper's life. For one, 6ix9ine is facing multiple life sentences stemming from at least six federal charges, including weapons and racketeering. Many feel as if the rapper's fate is bleak to say the least. Now, a report from TMZ indicates that 6ix9ine has been placed in the general population of Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. It should be noted that a CNN report previously described the MDC as "extremely dangerous, violent, or escape-prone," citing the US Justice Department.
